Congratulations to Ellis Mee on his international debut for Wales against Ireland in the Guinness Six Nations!
Having started the game on the wing (no.11), Ellis has been taking a lot of praise following his performance against one of the best teams in the world.
Over the 80 minutes, he completed 14 carries and 3 offloads whilst making 67 metres and beating 5 defenders.

NTU head coach, Dave Ross, commented “I thought Ellis had an outstanding debut for his country, the way he conducted himself against some of the best players in the world shows just what a talent he is.”
“He was desperately unlucky not to score his first try, but he continued to perform despite the TMO ruling a knock on.”

Wales ultimately lost the game 18-27 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, but Ellis and a lot of his colleagues are making the headlines despite the result.

Congratulations Ellis Mee!
