The ultra consistent lock is in the second season of his second
stint with Nottingham.
He joined the Bath Rugby Academy in 1999 and subsequently spent
time with Caerphilly, Manchester and several seasons with Plymouth
Albion before joining Nottingham in 2006 when he was awarded
'Player of the Year' in his first season.
During his first four seasons with the Green and Whites between
2006 and 2010 he played more than 120 matches.
During that time he spent a loan spell at London Irish and
eventually struck a one-year deal to play for Sale Sharks in the
Premiership.
He made a seamless return to Meadow Lane last season, featuring
in 24 matches and reaffirmed his reputation and Green and Whites
luminary.
