The Green and Whites' clash with Cornish Pirates on Sunday,
April 14 has been moved to a 1.15pm kick-off to accommodate the
request to broadcast the RFU Championship game.
The agreement comes just weeks after Nottingham's crucial
victory over Bedford was aired live to millions across the
world.
The biggest crowd of the season turned out for the game with
2,136 at Meadow Lane Stadium and a full house
in match day hospitality was also the biggest of the
current campaign.
It comes as another spike in a season that has already seen a 27
per cent increase in attendances.
All the extra attention at Meadow Lane helped fuel the
second-versus-third battle with the hosts coming away with an
enthralling 25-17 win.
And the play-off race was only just heating up in January.
Both Nottingham and the Pirates are among the contenders
fighting for a top four finish, and the clash in the
penultimate round of the regular season has all the
ingredients for an epic show-down.
