NOTTINGHAM Rugby head coach Martin Haag has named an unchanged
line-up for tomorrow's meeting with Jersey.
Despite last week's loss to London Scottish, the Green and
Whites' first defeat in seven matches in all competitions, Haag's
faith in the side is unshaken.
"We have to learn from that and come back and show the right
character when we go down to Jersey," Haag said.
"This season we have shown some good character to come through
in games and we have seen some exciting rugby from this side, but
we didn't see any of that at the weekend.
"Sometimes you come off the rails, but it is about how fast
you get back on track and move forward.
"We are about winning and are not interested in talking about
losing or having that as an option. Winning is a habit that we have
to keep going to stay in the top four."
Andrew Savage gets his second start at full-back since returning
from injury after more than two months.
David Jackson, who marked his return to the wing with the only
try against the Exiles last week, retains his spot with Rhys Crane
still unable to train this week because of injury.
"We all know what has to be done to put that last result right
and that is by delivering on Saturday," Haag said.
"Our first trip to the island is going to be an occasion, and we
expect a big crowd, great atmosphere and that a tough battle is
waiting for us."
