Nottingham Rugby Camps

Nottingham Rugby Camps.

Enthusiastic children, enthusiastic coaches and warn out players is what community coach Rob Pearce had to say about the summer camps. "Nottingham Rugby's End of Summer camp was a huge success. To follow on this success we are putting on two October camps which we hope participants are able to attend to further their rugby development and hopefully get a better understanding of rugby in a professional environment.

Speaking about the success of the summer camps community coach Sam Bignall says " The camps we have just finished gave participants a once in a life time opportunity to experience top quality coaching from the community team and especially 1st XV players, in a professional and fun environment. The feedback we got from the participants was fantastic. I am also very pleased with how much the local rugby clubs such as Nottingham Corsairs RFC, West Bridgford RFC, Nottingham Moderns RFC, Mellish RFC and Nottingham Casuals RFC have helped and supported us by spreading the word".

With a smile on his face, Joshua Salathiel said " This was just a fun and enjoyable camp, and I hope we can recreate and continue to add value for years to come. I firmly believe that rugby can be fun and we showcased that through the two camps we ran through the summer".

Nottingham Rugby would like to thank Matt Thomas, Peter Horton, Dan Hyams and Liam King for helping out on the camps.
