Cobden was poised to make his 100th appearance for the Green and Whites in the must-win Pool 8 match at Meadow Lane Stadium (2.15pm kick-off).

David Jackson has been called up as Cobden's replacement and will start on the left wing in the showdown for top spot in the group and a place in the quarter-finals.

Nottingham needs a comprehensive bonus-point win over the Welsh Principality Premiership side to progress to the knock-out stage of the cross-border competition. The Green and Whites also need to keep the visitors quiet, with Llandovery needing only a losing bonus-point to advance to the next round.
