Over the last couple of weeks Nottingham rugby have had a change
of location for a couple of their training sessions. Martin
Haag has taken his hard working troops to the fantastic training
facilities at both Trent College and Nottingham High School.
Firstly the Green and Whites spent an intensive training day at
Trent College in Long Eaton. This week they trained at Nottingham
High School with the school rugby teams eagerly watching the Green
and Whites being put through their paces.
It was an opportunity for both Nottingham rugby club to train in
a fresh environment as well as giving potential rugby stars of the
future a chance to catch a glimpse of what professional rugby looks
like day in day out.
Skipper Brent Wilson was very complimentary of both Trent
College and Nottingham High School's facilities, "Both schools have
a great set up, plenty of pitches in fantastic condition, lush
green grass which is nice and firm. They both really looked after
us well with full use of the facilities and lunch after training as
well. I'd love to come back and train at both schools again if the
Nottingham Rugby would like to thank both Trent College and
Nottingham High School for their hospitality and use of their
fantastic training facilities.
