The Green and Whites have been in a positive mood all week as they look to get back to winning ways following consecutive defeats.

Backs coach, Ben Johnston said, "There has been a real intensity in training this week and you can see the focus the lads have ahead of this weekend's match against Jersey.

"We've had a couple of disappointing results but we won't dwell on them.  We've taken what we need to build on and have focused on those elements.  The attitude the players have shown is excellent and collectively they look ready for another tough Championship encounter on Sunday."

Nottingham make a few changes ahead of the game.  Michael Holford comes back into the front row with Harry Williams reverting to the bench.  Neilus Keogh replaces Tom Price at lock while Rupert Cooper returns from injury in the back row.  His return sees Tom Calladine move to number 8 with Alex Shaw named amongst the replacements.

Sean Romans regains his starting berth at scrum half while Ed Styles moves to outside centre in place of George Catchpole.  Andrew Savage returns from injury at full back.
